i got this msg "Sorry, you have reached your maximum Upload Quota Limit of 2 MB"

what should i do?

Moved to Site Help/Feedback forum.

Click on the profile button from one of your posts. You'll see a User Attachement Control Panel. Click on that, and it will show you a list of images that you posted in the forums. You could delete some of your older images, or you could upload the pics to your gallery, if you have some room there, and use the image tags (Img button on the reply screen) to show the image in the post.
