wondering where to post?

hi this i me first thread i was wondering where i should post about getting help with setting up a 8ft fish tank?

You would want to post that, most likely in the Saltwater and Reef - Getting Started, or the Freshwater & Brackish - Getting started. If it's a cichlid tank, planted tank, or something along those lines, you would want to probably post it in the correct sub-forum (ie Cichlid Discussion, or Planted tanks forum)

you can set it to automatically email you when a thread you're subscribed to gets a reply (and you're automatically subscribed to your own threads). Or, you can go to user cp at the top of the page, then you'll see your thread listed and you can look at it.
