Wow a fun filled morning of emails and personal messages about the festae here at our sub-forum, I caught the tail end of the first cluster. I have stated in repeated threads that fish doesn't belong to me, she's simply the best looking female festae ever! I do apprieciate all the support everyone here showed in my absence especially (Freak, Aski, Cbourg, and The pictures were awesome Garfy). So thank you it's nice to see people who've never met acting like friends of many years. I called out one user about trolling and he was given a infraction, then I reported a couple other people which you may have seen or not; one was the OP of the first thread.

For me the Origional Poster wasn't the most offensive.I guess with large groups you will get quite a few idiots!!!

Yes it wasn't the original poster who was given the infraction for trolling, it was the poster that called me out about pictures of the my festae. I agree whole heartily about dealing with all the idiots.

Seems we are on the same page.Ive watched this idiot giving bad advice and just talking garbage for quite a while.I have no time for him at all and have really had to bite my tongue at times.

I don't bite my tongue, I call out this moron repeatedly and I report his rude posts nearly every time he responds to something. Luckily he was given a infraction for baiting/trolling so one more and he's gone! That's one of my favorite past times is calling out BS posts!

Felt it was necessary and like I said in "The Post" I've learnt a great deal from you and consider you friend.Who knows one day you may even ask me for advice haha until then ill be coming to you.I recently purchased one Argentea and two Cubans.The Argentea is a little beauty ill add a picture though he's only small (2 1/2" or so) the Cubans are quite reserved but Ive only had them a couple of days.My fish Empire is steadily growing and so is my Tank Arsenal.Happy days.

The feeling is mutual, I've actually made a quite of few of what I would consider close friends here which is strange since we've never actually met!

The argentea cichlids are amazing, I live their mature coloration...simple and elegant. They can be nasty to conspecifics though, post some pictures!

Nice pick up garfy, Cubans are another cichlids I'd love to own day.

As far as being bit, pssh... Almost everything I have kept the last 5-7 years has bit me. Dovii(young) RD, Oscar, trimac, cons(prolly more then all the others combined). Even my giant danios I had would nip/bite whatever you wanna call it. Soon as I'd put my arm in the tank they would bite my hand and arm as I'd gravel vac.

The dovii were the only fish I was scared of she bit me after their first spawn, was around 6-7" and let me tell you still put a hurt on me. At 12-15" I made sure a divider was up and both on one side regardless of a spawn or not.

My Tmac/RD could dish out some good bites as well, all though the RD would get me 90% of the time I went into the tank.
