Hello group,

I curently have a 75 gal tank and i'm looking to advance it. I have 3 differant gaurami, 4 tiger barb, 3 blood parrots that are beautiful, 1 pleco and 1 black convict that i recently got. I love my convict and my parrots but I think I want to go all cichlids. Im thinking of adding a female convict, 2 green terrors, 2 texas cichlids 2 firemouths and 2 tiger oscars. Please let me know if you think this will work. If you havent figured it out yet, I will part ways with my gaurami, tiger barbs and my blood parrots if I need to. please comment.

That stock list wouldn't work in a 300g tank much less a small tank like a 75g. The current stock of fish exceeds the limits of the tank too. I would spend a little time researching specific fish requirements before you make a costly mistake like what your proposing.
