Alyxx, did you see my last PM? I am not trying to harass you, just trying keep communication channels open. I am figuring you have alot of private/personal issues like the rest of us and simply have a hard time keeping up... Just let me know..

I do the aquaponics thing for 2 reasons. First I am big into gardening. If you want, I will send you links to gardening sites I frequent. Aquaponics lets me grow some food fish plus veggies. So far my veggie production has not been high enough to get anywhere near the "black", but it IS fun.
This is a link to my own profile page. You can see my posts and go from there to other guys who know far more about the subject than I do. I have a simple ethic...do things as cheaply as possible, get as much product as you can with the minimum of environmental impact...and have fun. I cannot send links but if you google aquaponics forum and then go to the one that starts with "community" you can find my profile and blog.

Kept getting error message because I tried to send you a link... even after I changed the link... Gonna try it here.
I plan to be careful with the crays escaping..not only for losing my specimens but ecological issues.
I used to have house full of aquariums, both salt and fresh plus a great collection of herps. I owned a pet store for 10 years, I was so broke I could not afford a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of... but I had a great collection of animals... even large birds. I had many specimens on endangered/restricted lists.
I loved being in business for myself and loved the pet trade, but the stress was great and the money poor. I would not recommend it to anyone..unless they are rich and want a hobby.

Thanks! How did you create you dividers?

Also, is there any way to guarantee all your female Bettas will get along, or is there always the chance of bickering? Thanks a lot!

Hi there! You have a lot of Bettas, right? I was just curious as to how you kept yours (for instance, do you use dividers?). Thanks!
