hi happy b-day by the way i need some help i have a 75 gallon tank. i did a complete water change 2 days ago and then a 20% water change today and i still have high levels of ammonia and hard water because of this i lost both of my Jack Dempsey they were the only fish in the tank too.

Next time the loach goes missing check your filter just incase

The clown loach showed up this morning but disappeared when I was fixing up the tank.

API master kit. The filter is..... penguin 350 biowheel power filter. for 55g aquariums.

Ok I checked the water a few more times and they all were perfect and it was clear so i went ahead and put a gourami angelfish and clown loach in there but its weird I cant find the clown loach ANYWHERE

anyway im confused on the cycling of my 55g... first day:PERFECT Second day:PERFECT third day:CLOUDY and perfect water conditions. I think this is my fourth day and the guy at walmart and petsmart said i might be able to put a small amount of fish in it... WALMART IS TERRIBLE FOR FISH!!!!!!!!!!

x1 angelfish
x1 gourami
x1 tiny african cichlid
x1 clown loach

Im not sure and im not sure how to fix it... I got it checked at petsmart and he said it was too high and that could be why they are not growing
