florescent light question will this work....

Hey guys i got a 4 ft florecent fixture today i want a five foot one for a five foot bulb if use the hardware out of this and make it were a five foot bulb will fit will it work? i want to use around a 65 wat bulb to brighten my six foot long 125 gal tank...
