Found out yesterday I was, leaving the light on too long oops. Cut it down to 10 hours on the freshwater tank. Set the digital timer on my salt tank and set the plug on timer on the fresh tank

50% clean on my bettas tank, 40% clean and algae scrub on my elephant nose tank getting some blue jelly shrimp on thursday to add to his tank. Cant wait!

Hoping to get some more info from my uncle on this 55 gallon he's giving me. I did get the green light to set it up! As far as I know, it's just the tank, but I'm sure he has extras. As far as condition goes, it's gonna be a crapshoot.

I did a 50% wc to remove tannins from adding soil to subtrate yesterday and I added micro swords....I did absolutelynothing to 5g, 40b, and 55g today just admired them....

Finally seen my rapheal catfish in my 55. Glad to know he lives!

No he does great with shrimp never bothers any, thats one thing he doesn't eat. Thanks :)

How big do these guys get? Would 2 work in a 55?

Water change on the cichlid tank and replaced the poly fill.

PWC on an already cycled recently planted 20g tank. Removed dead leaves; relocated some foreground plants for better spacing. Realized the 2 potted crypto parvas can be separated; replanted 14 new plants spaced 2 cm apart.

Yeah most get 6" to 8" so u will be fine. Remeber not to use a net to catch these guys.

I have one in my 55 mbuna tank. He does great. Only get one though as they grow they can become territorial.
