Nice set up :)

Tested parameters, water change, replaced poly floss, cleaned both HOB's, cleaned lenses on the light fixture, cleaned inside and outside of glass.

Grabbed beer, cracked it, sat down on couch and enjoyed it.

Ok changed my mind I'm in the middle of a 50% change on the freshwater. The first 5 gallons was pretty nasty :-( so I'm doing 10 gallons
Happy fishies

Did a PWC with my new aqua blue hydro max...what a difference! It sure beats lugging 5 gal buckets and the cleanup is easy! Not dreading water changes as much anymore :)

Aquatic Plants Growing Outside Tank

Hello Aa...

Have emersed plants in several tanks that just require room light for growth. It seems the aquatic Pennywort that's in the tank prefers the ambient light to the two T5 28 watt bulbs in the strip. The Pennywort is growing out of the water. (See attached pics).

Been a while since I posted on this thread........

So far today, I have done a water change on the 10 gallon shrimp tank, and I have been wishing death upon the hair algae in my 29 gallon  I will be doing a water change on the 29 gallon and the 5 gallon soon.

I've kept gouramis very successfully with ghost shrimp.
