My ONE ghost shrimp went thru 10-15 four wk old platy fry in 3 days...

I WAS SO SAD... I was told they should be fine...

Bamboo shrimp won't eat anything other than small particles they catch in their furry hands. They sometimes scrape the gravel for extra food but should really only be catching particles in the current. They won't actively hunt your fry.

They can also be escape artists, I had one get out and unfortunately I found it dried out on the other side of the living room. It traveled pretty far!

They won't eat fry, as others have said they only eat what they catch in the water column.
