You want ammonia and nitrITE to be 0 you'll have to lower the nitrates through wc's. Your algae looks like diatoms which will go away on there own but if you want to add some hermits and snails that's fine to, but shrimp require more mature systems so I would wait a couple months on them. If you don't want snails and hermits, then you can add a low bio load fish instead |
