What is this growth??

I recently posted about there being some odd pale patch on my dwarf gourami. I decided I'd let him be for a bit as I could not find any conclusive material. Around a week later my concerns are growing as there is a clear growth on him and his fins. I would really appreciate some help. I have some neon tetras in the tank and a rubbernose pleco and neither seem to be displaying any abnormalities. I have attached some images. I'd love some advice.
