Endlers and phantom tetras

Hi I don't know if anyone has had any experience with endlers and phantom tetras, I had 5 phantoms in and added 6 male endlers today and as far as I researched endlers are not fin nippers but since they have come into the mix they have literally none stop chased my tetras up until the point of the tetras finding hiding places in places they don't normally venture, I'm just wondering if this will settle down or is this their normal? My tank is heavily planted so there is places to hid but I quite enjoyed my tetras swimming around but now all they do is hide
