Feeding a Fuge

Do you have to feed the copepods and other in your Fuge. I have a brittle star in there too. Mine is brimming with little "bugs" and Ive seen some bigger clearish type ? Anthripods? sp .

Are there enough nutrients in the water alone. I have plankton but will too much cause alge outbreaks in the display tank?

Foods you feed the main tank should make their way into the fuge easily enough. You might try some sinking pellets occasionally for the brittle star though. Best food for pods is detritus and phytoplankton.
