Can I use Maracyn-TC in a planted tank?

I have a fish with a wound. Can I medicate the fish and not kill my plants?

TIA!

I have used Maracyn in my low light tank to get ride of BGA. It only helped the plants. I never noticed any bad happen to the plants.

Thank you! I finally found some plants my clown loaches won't eat, and I don't want to kill them.

I have a neon rosey barb with a bad sore under her dorsal on her side. I don't know if she bumped into something or not. I guess it could be a disease. Anyway, she seems fine and she's eating, but I'd just rather treat her.
