Stop adding fish whatever you do, don't worry about the algae the more fish you add the more your ammonia is going to go up. Rapid gills moving mean your fish need oxygen, so I would do a big water...

True it is not necesary but it will help them...

Is the fishes fins clamped? What doe the pooh look like if it is clear it is a internal parasite if it is black than it is not. I would try something for parasites, I don't think feeding it a pea...
