T5 lights always shipped broken...

I'm trying to buy a 6500k t5ho bulb for my planted tank. Every time they ship, I find the bulb broken. Luckily I've been given a full refund every time, but I need this bulb. What Should I do?

If it's an led fixture with a dimmable driver, it's possible. If not, then it still kinda can, the controller can be used as a timer that turns it on an off.

Well, they are dimmable, and used on a controller. The controller tells the dimmer (a potentiometer) how much power it should get and for how long.

Moonlight led lighting is for nighttime, they won't bother the fish, they actually help with breeding habits in some cases. If you get the fancy ones, they'll match phases of the moon, super cool....
