    10 Gallon Starter kit question

    I bought a 10 gallon starter kit (brandless, but similar to the Jebo/Aqua starter kits)... It came with a plastic tube, with a black piece on the, which I'm assuming is the air pump... However, I have no idea where it is meant to fit... Does anyone know what I'm referring to or where it is...
