- My betta is in a one gal with live plants and we just bought a 10 gal to have a small community tank. Having not had tanks for about 20 years everything has changed. My last fish were 8 bettas in one gal lighted underground filter tanks 10 to 12 years or a little longer ago.When I read the directions for the new 10 gal Tetra complete start up tank. I said HUH? guess I will wait for hubby to be off this weekend, He was an engineer.
