How do you think Angelfish would be with Swordtails(full grown bigger ones, about 4 inches)?

Everything I have researched on Angelfish say it isn't best to keep them alone or in odd numbers, it says to always keep them in a pair... :(

Thank you everyone. This helps a lot. If anyone has ever kept tetras or any other kind of schooling fish with Angels peacefully, please let me know what kinds. I do like the idea of a school of tetras, but I need to know what kind of tetras an Angelfish won't eat or nip at.

I know, if I were to go with the Kissing kind I would have to use a larger tank, I just wondered if they would get along. So, the smaller angels(and yes I know they will get larger) would be okay with the smaller Gouramies?

Take the dead fish out. Leave the filter cartridge out until after the ich treatment because it will just filter the medication and the medication would be useless. Finish up the ich treatment as the directions say and then after you are finished put the cartridge back in and then wait a few...

I would let it cycle, however, you can start from scratch, just make SURE that you never ever use any kind of soap again when cleaning your tank. If you decide not to start over I would definately finish the ich treatment, just to be safe. The fish from the fair are never in good condition--...
