Thanks , I was going to get 2 more discus and 1 more Bala as my one is quite docile and I would be worried that I don't have enough room to keep 5 haha . also adding a peacock eel , some barbs maybe a birchir or an iridescent shark (paroon shark ) if I get rid of my 1 discus on sure on what to do :)

Thanks I have my fluval 406 on the tank as it has wall the bacteria from the old tank , I also have a large internal filter and the tank look spotless . to acclimatise the fish quicker I only filled the tank half way so I wouldn't shock them going into a large tank straight of and must say...

Hmmm not sure if you should use the old media with a reef tank , sorry I'm not an expert on salt water tanks ;)

When I was setting up my fluval 406 I took the old media and sponges from my eheim internal box filter and added them to the first box in the canister and my tank is doing great lost no fish and even on the same day added two discus :)

I bought a fluval 406 canister filter a few days ago I'm really amazed at how crystal clear the water is my discus love it so do my firemouths and my black ghost knife fish :)

Same , love my two to bits ;) , I always wanted discus and thought they where to difficult to take care off , I will say there not so hard to look after as long as you do daily water changes and I would recommended that you over filter your tank for them , The fluval 406 is 2 models to big for...

Alls fine in the community at the moment discus are settled in and eating out of my hand :)
