i need to upgrade my lightning ( trying to have some live plants that require low or medium light). Currently i have the regular hood/light that comes with my all glass aquarium (45g 24'' tall) which is 20w or less. So now, is there any way to upgrade it? what if i buy one of those...

Hi AA! 2 days ago i bought eco-complete (2 small buckets) from a guy who had a planted tank. I paid $10 which i think it was a good deal, considering it has all the bacteria for a second tank i got yesterday (50g) :). Anyways, last night i put the substrate in the new tank leaving the water...

I just bought a new Python and i have a question about it. it says it's great for changing water (no more buckets) but is it safe to add new water directly from the tap after adding declorinator to the existing aquarium water? do you add declorinator later? does the declorinator work fast...
