well i didnt breed them and i dont know if they were fancy or not i think it was fish tb though because they died within days of changing colors

well the tank has been in uses since the summer started so im not worried about that part....and i dont have plants in it....yet....but thanks i forgot about the plants

yeah i did that for 2 hours on sunday they seem to be doing fine (so far)

luckily i have some babies i discovered in my tank today! its a mixed bag this time both platy and molly. i know who the mamas are thankfully and i removed the ones i could catch and i got pics up. my only issue is every time i move them to the nursery tank they always die. i dont want to leave...

thanks for that info guys and as far as the temp thing goes when i noticed that the temp was at 80 i figured the heater wasnt going to do much for the water so i unplugged it i had it set at 76-80 and the ambient temp keeps it at either 80 or 82 without the heater so i think id save me some...
