Actually, I ended up dividing a 10 gallon into 8 and 2 gallons with a divider. The platy and 3 danios are in the 8 and now I have room for another betta if I want. grin. I have 2 snails in w/ my frog and they ate all his bloodworms last night! I felt so sorry for him! What piggies! Im thinking...

He's in a 'salted' community tank right now (I had an ich outbreak and am just finishing up the treatment with a tablespoon of salt/ 5 gallons). But with water changes etc, it wont be a salted tank in about 2-3 weeks. I would not add salt to the ADF/platy/snail 5 gallon minibow tank. Thanks!

Mine isnt the greatest, but I wouldnt go so far as to say they're abusive. They take "adequate" care of the fish. Nothing dead, nothing dirty, but I still wouldnt buy there. The bettas always look dirty, even tho they're alive.

In the 5 gallon with the dwarf frogs, is it a minibow 5 with the whisper filter? If I get a male betta and 2 adf's to put in mine, and the adf's dont work out w/ the betta, I might get another mini bow just for them. Im a bit worried about the filter sucking the frogs legs up and breaking them...
