Recently gotten into cichlids

- My tank is a fairly tall 38 gal with 1 Jack Dempsey cichlid, 1 Electric Yellow cichlid, 1 Green Terror cichlid, 1 African cichlid that I'm not quite sure the species of, 2 plecos (one ten inches and one six inches) and a 6 inch bichir.
2 live plants, both potted in driftwood.
The substrate is all ground up bits of corral. I have additional aeration in the tank by an air pump.
