Thanks everybody this really helps. I have a spare 55 gal tank thats empty if I took about half or a little more of the water and put it in the spare tank then transferred all the live rock and fish into it then removed the rest of the water and cc and then put in the sand,fish and live rock...

We did get ours from liverocks.com it is Figi, I believe they are out of Florida too. We will continue to look for more hopefully there won't be any !!! We do have other smaller bristle worms that we see in the cc on the bottom and also what I think are peanut worms after lots of searching for...
