I would keep a eye on it and around the area for around 5-7 days if you see multipul then i wouldnt of thought its a pest if not if it grows slowly and doesnt mutiply all over the show keep it looks cool...

Always remember that zoas when dying can let off toxins causing water to stress for few hours the stars will for sure only be there for the dead tissue the nudi is so so hard to spot and some barely to be seen at all there so small coral rx would bennifit you 100%... What flow do they have...
Its seems a serpent star... These and brittle can be ok i tend to pull them out when near to the top of tank other than that they have never caused me a problem other than making patches in my coralline algae

They are a pest can come on the zoas when purchased but you dont always know as there are so little but as said above they can reproduce rapidly on good food source ie a nice juicy colony of zoas
