It's not even 6 months old. It's on the outside. It wouldn't come off when i tried to scrub it off a couple of days ago but noticed it flaking off today when i cleaned the tank. Crumbles when i touch the flaked off bits and won't get sucked up by the gravel vacuum.

I noticed my guppy, who seemed fine yesterday, looks bloated and his top fin is down today. Any ideas what could be wrong with him? All the other fish seem fine (he is the only guppy in the tank). I've done a water change and mighy add some salt. Any suggestions?

I've noticed this white coating on my heater. Does anyone know what it is and if it can be harmful to my fish?
