yeap, they are simple Hamburg filters in the picture with the 3 stacked tanks, it may not look too good but i use the tanks for just breeding so i don't mind. All tree filters are driven by a air from a single Eheim 400 pump 4 watts so its very economical with electricity.

yeah , though i definatly wont leave it for up to 24 hrs in my tank, maybe 2-5 hrs for the fish to feed then out again. i can always apply fresh "food paint" to the rock if my fish take to the idea i guess.
