I have some ottos. Believe it or not in a biube. Very happy and got rid of all my algae within a week! I highly recommend them.

Glad to see u have a biorb. I have a biube. As for the shrimp I do know people who have shrimp in biorbs and they have been successful.however as a shrimp only tank you may want to get some more feed back. Good luck.

A shame my tank is to small. What I'm going to do is live with it and remove as many as possible during maintenance. Along as they don't produce to much waste I should be fine. Thanks for all the helpful advice.

Hi. I have some Otto cats because of my algae problem. they were very good at removing it. Trouble was that the algae was gone in a week. Went down to the LFS and bought a packet of algae wafers. My media is marble sized and the wafers simply sink and get caught between them where the Ottos...

I'm not over feeding. All the fish eat up all the food within two minutes easily. Might just have to live with them. Thanks anyway.

Cheers. I'm trying raw carrot. They are attracted to it. If that doesn't work ill try cabbage.
