I have a filefish and he is amazing. Caught him from the ocean myself. He has survived many things. He is also smart and recognizes me. Plus his glowing blue eye is hard to miss.

How do they work. Do they reproduce. When do they expire or die( mandarin goby wanted)

Do pods reproduce? What do they eat? I am new to live food. I have refridgerated pods for my goby. I put a few drops in.

How do you know ur gobys eating them.

Does nitrites effect it or is that unknown?

Will distilled or purified water + marine salt work for water change.

What if the water is completly purified and distilled. Do i still need to dichlorinate it

Is that chemical. Will i still have to do water change?will fish be ok

And or could i add nitrate reduction chemicals and not have to do water change

Could i slowly replace water with water off same salinity.
