Yea thats how the do look. I have 3 other younger angels in the tank plus 2 discus, none of them are getting near to wear the two are "cleaning the spawning area" im pritty sure they are male and female now so hopefully al goes well.

Just a quick one. Ive got an angfish/discus tank and 2 of my angels are chasing the other fish away from themselfs. they are staying on one side of the tank and what looks like pecking the side of the filter. Could this mean they are pairing up as im not to sure if they are male and female...

Yea i did read that sum where. They have only been in the tank for about 10 days so i will leave it a bit long till i do a water change i think. Wanted to let them settle in abit first, wud that b agud idea?

Lol i hope so. I bought them in as male and female and ive done a bit of research and from what i can tell then im farely sure they are.

Thanks for your reply. Great advice! I just hope the pair i have will breed with each other. Ive only had them in the tank for a week now and unlike other angelfish ive had in the past these pair great on great, they stick together all the time and never seem to fight. Ive kept fish for awhile...

Hi folks im new to this forum and was wondering if i could get a bit of advice on the best way to breed my angelfish? Ive identified tbat i have a male and a female. And have them in a 50 -60L tank on there own. Is there anything i could to help??
