There is no secret, I guess it's just water quality i.e. weekly addition of JBL 1+2+3 , Ca KH and Mg daily dosing , two times per week coral feeding

Some changes to my 155 G reef tank (moving towards SPS tank)

A close-up of the sump... The filters and medias are working perfectly... Ammonia and Nitrite nil...Nitrate 5-10 mg...But I got problems in maintaining the water level constant (in the main Tank)...I think it's due to Ferplast overflow design...I've to change it as well...

Thanks. It is a 150 Gallons Ferplast Star 160 tank. I made some modifications, like adding a sump and changing lighting system.

Thanks a lot I will try to find out what is this creature. meanwhile I wonder does soaking LR in fresh water kill all those crabs or will be able to get most of them alive and put back the good ones in the tank? Sent from my iPad using Aquarium Advice

thank you for your advice . There are bunch of crabs and i do not feel very comfortable with them.. Sometimes i can hear some ugly click noises from the tank specially during the night. once i read somewhere it could be a pistol shrimp ... so I thought it might be a good idea to soak LR's in...
