    40 long tank with a 20 long sump I made. Have live rock and live sand, good clean up crew. Treating the water with a calcium buffer system now. About how long should I wait to test the water and start some soft coral...?

    Yes I've done sw before, not reef though. I have a 30g bio-wheel filter. T5 high output lighting, I currently have a yellow tang, black trigger, and tomato clown fish. They are small but The trigger is aggressive so he is gonna be relocated.

    New guy here, I have a 20 gallon saltwater aquarium. Tomato clown, yellow tang, black trigger, hermit crabs... Have live rock and I'm about to start some soft coral! Really into coral now so I want to learn a lot about it, get some experience and then get a bigger tank :)
