Yeah i love the Aquaclears too, it's just that my mom bought this tank as a combo kit from Petsmart when I was first starting out and now I'm stuck with it :? . I may replace it later with a high power Aquaclear.
One more question, I added sinking driftwood and it released a bunch of tannins...
BTW the product that I'm thinking of using is called "Eco Complete Planted Aquarium Substrate" I would get the 20 lb bag and then get 10 lbs of pea gravel
I was considering doing a mixed substrate with pea sized gravel on the top and this highly fertile soil mixture underneath.
I'm not quite sure what my wpg is. Like i said before it's just that standard light that comes with a full hood. The bulb is something like 24" long and I can't imagine it...

Ihave planned for the growth of these fish. They will be moved once they grow too large for this aquarium. I was just wondering if for the time being the anemone would be alright in there with them.
