Hey. Its 6 gallons. I tried a nano reef with this very tank. Could be done. Flow was a major problem. Imo- no sand could work. cleaning is a major pain, keep it simple. Equipment looks ugly as you cant hide it.

I think i know where the phosphates came from, (rodi is going) .....if its not a to intense light anyway. Im just worried its dinos or cyano. Please help me narrow this down so I can begin to eradicate before it spreads. Maybe adding a phosphate reactor to this nano. Thanks

Smaller 5 stage Ro/di unit is same price point of a skimmer. Check Ebay.

New nano Replaced the round tank with edge. Nice little tank so far. All prams good, ph was tricky with no open top, but figured that out. working on flow. Going to be coral and inverts only
