Ok so here's my problem, I've got 1 electric blue jack Dempsey, 2 green severums & 2 convict cichlids, but due to me being in the army I've been posted to Germany! It's gonna take me 4 days (over the weekend :-( ) to get to my new location (I'm driving) How can I transport my fish & sustain them...

Ok so now he's stopped eating & seems to be gasping for air quite dramatically! As I mentioned before all other fish are fine! Please help!!

Thanx for that, I'll just keep an eye on it, I read on a few other sites & it does seem to happen alot to them, most say its a sign of a growth spurt!

All other fish are fine in the tank You can just make out the black on the mouth & belly on the pic I've uploaded.

I've noticed over the last couple of days, that my parrotfish is developing a black colour in certain areas on his body,mainly his belly, his mouth & even the fins! I do regular water changes, haven't changed food! Can somebody please tell me if this is normal or is he sick, his behaviour...

That's what I thought, it's best to leave there little area to them as to not over stress or cause damage!! Once the fry hatch will the parents still protect or do I need to separate?

And what about cleaning the tank??

Hi I've recently added a couple of convicts to my tank, to find a week later they have laid eggs on the side of my filter? What's the best way to go about caring for them?? Thanx
