I feed mine with a turkey Baster or hand feed to make sure he gets fed. Mine comes out religiously at 8 pm or anytime good enters the tank. He definitely likes the night time. :)

I would definitely not recommend that. They are not meant to be in a community, it is going to struggle to get fed, will likely harass the angels and guppies, and stress itself and other fish.

I've seen them carried at stores in San Antonio but they're not as common as BGK.

I think general consensus is that they are fairly slow growers. I've had mine 3 months and it's grown about 1/4-1/2".

IMO Bolivian Rams are quite underrated. Much easier to keep and color up very nicely and have fun little attitudes. :)
