I just purchased the pro version of the app. It seems quite good at first glance. Needs species adding to it, or the ability to add species yourself if there not listed. But other than that worth the couple of quid for sure
Ah well, funny you should say that about the whole bumble bee thing actually!
When I collected the tank and fish, the previous owner said they called this fish bumble because when they bought it, it was yellow and black!!! So that sounds like you have hit the nail on the head with that one...
Can anyone help me with the black one? He has 6 blue stripes down each side, sometimes they seem really blue and go almost all the way down and other times they seem darker and don't go down so far.
this one is alot more orange than it looks in the picture it has no markings that i can see, it is around 4 inches
this one is very dificult to take pictures of because every time it comes out the black one chases it, so it spends most of its time hiding. it is blue-mauve and has 3 dots on...

You could get some sinking pellets for your loach for when it's not having bloodworms. My loach loves pellets, much more than flake that has sunk. Other things you could feed them on are cooked peas (just 1 or 2) they help there digestive system. Cooked prawns, loaches love them!
I would only feed bloodworms every other day and something like flake on the other days and it's good to have a day once a week or fortnight when they have no food at all.
I have children's play pit sand in 2 of my tanks and black gravel in my small breeder tank. I like the sand but its hard to suck up all the fish waste on the bottom of the tank and not pick up any sand with it!
But it only cost me £2 for 15kg
Thanks, the one in the picture is one of my females, the males don't seem to get as deep red as the females
They are very easy to look after, they feed on algae and uneaten fish food. If there isn't much for them to feed on I occasionally drop an algae wafer in there broken in half.
They also...
I don't know of anywhere that sells them but what about buying a pack of 24 and selling tho ones you don't want either on here or on eBay or on aquarium classifieds. I would have 4 or 5 off you for around £5-6 plus postage
