    yes you can yes you can house a puffer in a 10 gallon tank tomorrow i will be buying a puffer to put in my 10 gallon tank the puffer will have plenty of room i know people who has full grown 6 inch jack dempsey in a 10 gallon tanks years old so i know a puffer can do great have a nice day and enjoy
