Its ok haha. I do agree the other pictures are a Hollywood stunner tho. But I have seen turbinaria reniformis in that coloration before. Rarely, but I have seen it

Definetly a turbinaria reniformis. I have seen the purple and green variations before and those corralites look to be the correct size IMO

Finally got my scape done and in the tank. I redid it at least 30-40 times before I was happy with it.

If you litterally mean 1.040 Salinity then I would immediately change 40-50% of your water and hope for the best. Hypersalinity is not good

Not nescerally. It could be pockets of I think its hydrogen sulfide. A toxic gas that builds up in sandbeds that are never agitated. But if you've never stirred your sand don't start or you will crash you tank

Hello everyone. I finally got 80 lbs of reef saver rock from BRS for my DSA 65g setup. Here's my first attempt at my scape. Everything will be epoxied/tied together with acrylic rod. Right now it is free standing and surprisingly quite sturdy. Questions comment and concerns greatly appreciated...
Corynactis generally don't last very long in captivity although you can never be 100% sure. I would say Joes juice, boiling water, or lemon juice directly in its mouth and problem solved

I would say sandbed placement for any t5ho fixture with 4+ bulbs. Good luck they are a beautiful coral

I'm torn between a baby frogspawn or possibly a corynactis anemone. From what I can see the base appears to be brownish/red which is common among anemones

Definetly a blastomussa merletti. Low-mid light and flow and you should be good. What type of lights are you running?

Palys will incorporate peices of substrate into their skin, zoas will not. Those are palys so I wouldn't worry unless you start seeing negative effects.
