- My Tanks
- 10 gallon tank with two Top Fin Silentstream 10 HOB filters, both filters have pre-filters on intakes, and gravel substrate. Two Molly fish, two Platy fish, two Nerite snails, one clown pleco (we also have a Platy fry that I will probably re-home). I have a Anubias Nana petite on a piece of driftwood, several stalks of Elodea (May also be called Enacharis), a Undulata crypt, a spiralis crypt, and a Marimo moss ball. Tank is cycled with a range of 40-80 ppm Nitrate, I do water changes once or twice a week pending Nitrates, 79 degrees F, and between 7.4-7.6 pH. I’ve started adding Easy green liquid fertilizer and root tabs and now I have green film algae on the glass of the tank and black beard algae on the nana petite plant. Undulata crypt is also melting. I have the regular fluorescent light that comes with the tank lid and no CO2.
