I have 6 bronze and 4 peppered corys, they mostly hang around together, defo at feeding time,

Catfish pallets, mini algae wafers, bloodworm. I vary on alternate days.

Im devastated for you! Think i'll stick to the tried and tested makes. I like Tetra Aqua Safe, but also like Nitrafin Aquaplus. Interpet makes a very decent conditioner that you add slightly less as compared woth Tetras. I believe Waterlife does one called Haloex(?). I used it years ago...

Never heard of connecting filters, only heard of running 2 at the same time, either for extra filtration or to keep the tank healthy as the new filter gets populated with bb.

I've always been ok with angels. I think the soft, acidic water helps. They are my favourite fish withSeverums coming a close second. Ive thought of having a puffer myself. Id set it in a species tank, its one for the future. I love the way they swim and they are more than just a little bit...

What are your water parameters? Could it be that your tamk water is of a different ph to the stores? If it was too big a difference maybe he's in shock. Did uou adf any of your tamk water to the bag ? To acclimatise? Also did you check your ammonia, nitrate and nitrite levels before buying...
