- I have two 5 gallon aquariums. One has a little betta fish named Rex who lives in a Marina 5G LED Glass Aquarium. I replaced the cartridges with fluvial prefilter media and sponge for mechanical filtration. He has 11 inch fake plants with two rock structures I super glued together. The second tank is also a betta tank and the home a blue and white rose petal tailed betta named king. His tank is square with plastic walls and a HOB filter filled with fluvial prefilter media and a sponge as well. All of his decorations are fake plants and little logs for him to swim through, and hammocks towards the water surface. Both have heaters set to 79 degrees Fahrenheit, lids, and brown gravel.
