I've just done my first Freshwater Master Test and I've got the results. My Mrs is begging me for fish.... I have seen a couple of hardy bottom feeders I think I'm gonna put in. Can I have your opinions based on my results.... PH - 7.2 Ammonia - 0 Nitrite - 0 Nitrate - 5.0 Cheers....

Thanks guys. I left it overnight and its much clearer today. Gonna buy some more gravel today, so I'll make sure I clean it all properly this time before dumping it in!

Hi guys... Completely new to all this but looking forward to getting my first fish! Just set up my tank but forgot to wash my gravel! The water is pretty murky at present... will the filter clear it up or shall I empty the water and re fill? Cheers!
