Hi, we currently have a 180l tank with 2 comet goldfish, one minnow-like thing and a panda moor. We had a hillstream loach however he died :( we're looking for a replacement tank-cleaner but wondering if anyone had suggestions for alternative species for a cold freshwater tank...

Cool! Never heard about the orange slice before, might give it a try! we've had the same problem with goldfish uprooting/eating plants, annoying when you like aquascaping!

We have 2 Comets, a silver minnow feeder fish and a little Panda Moor; they get fed flake food as their basic grub. However we also supplement their diet with Cucumber, Shelled Peas, Brine shrimp, Tubifex and they have Elodea plants that they like to munch on! We tried them with bloodworms once...

And some more! Here we have our ADF 'Frogwick' being wonderfully cute and well behaved, and a picture of 'Beer Battered' the comet - asking for food as per usual! And the new addition: 'Manwe' (bf likes Tolkien) - he's a Panda Moor.

And here we have another of the Sparkling Guorami (haven't thought of a name yet!) - he's hard to get a picture of! Also a couple of the Kuhli loaches and a Black Phantom Tetra

Finally settled on a 2 tank set up! The goldfish have been upgraded to a 180 litre and a new addition purchased (hopefully getting 1/2 hillstream loaches for that as well). That meant we could combine the two tropical tanks into the now vacated 90 litre! All seem happy! And the Comets have...

The corys are really cute! The tent is awesome as well :D yeh mollys are live bearers so do v easily reproduce..... We bought 1 silver molly - turns out she was pregnant, we now have 6! They tend to munch their fry though so if you want to keep any babies you must seperate them!

Yeh they so do! Had one of the comets and the minnow for 2 years now, the other comet 1 year. We ve got mollies, guppys, tetras, kuhli loaches, shrimp, sparkling guorami but the only one who seems to have as much personality as the goldfish is the ADF! The minnow - 'fisher' likes swimming around...
