I moved the coral to the bottom an a bit in shade. I doubt that it it caused by lack of light since it did OK under T8 15w. I hope this will help and he will open back up. I know Marineland LEDs are lousy lights - it wasn't very smart investment on my side. I will have to supplement it...

I am not sure I can move them down - they are sitting on top of the hood. The new light are MUCH more powerful then the old one. I used to have one 15W T8 tube, which was also very old. Could it be too much light???

I will definitely make power heads and light my number one priority, and get more rock in. I was also told that sand is much better then gravel, because it does not trap so many debris and thus higher nitrites which corals don't like, so I am planning on doing that also - my gravel is ugly...

Ah thanks! So I will make lights/powerheads my first priority! Are you sure two 425s or 550s won't be too much of a flow? It's only 20g and the box says one 425 should be plenty..
