I've heard it stains everything blue. Is there anyway to get the blue out?

Hello, My fish are sick and I do not know what to do!! I thought it was ich but it seems to be far worse. My angelfish are only staying at the top of the water and their fins seem to be rotting. My bala sharks have white spots and their fins look bloody and their faces have this fungus...
