Yeah I think most people would agree 5 gallons is good for a betta but bettas in the wild don't have long fins and bright colors so you cant use that as a reason wild and captive bettas are so different its like comparing a carp to a gold fish.
If you want to keep the population of the shrimp down this would be good.. seeing as most of your tanks provide much hiding places I think some shrimp would survive while providing nutrition and enrichment for creamsicle
I added 12 gallons to my tank that evaporated while I was on vacation last week... I discovered my turtle can get out and in his tank whenever he wants so that was a surprise... When he got out he sent a few roaches back to the lobby so GG I guess...:hide:
So they are pregnant most likely, they may seem lazy now but in reality they were just being chased around so much because of the male and his breeding... your good!
Soo pretty! WOW! they definetly enjoy moss in my experience. I think hed look beautiful in a dark substrate with some mossy manzanita wood. Keep us updated!
