Hi, I subscribed to one of the forums as an RSS feed, but it never seems to update / refresh. I use Firefox and it seems to refresh all the other 10 or so feeds for other sites I visit. URL: http://www.aquariumadvice.com/forums/external.php?type=RSS2&forumids=45 Any ideas?

Just wondering.... are those lights even suitable for a salt aquarium? I have been lead to believe they're not in the right spectrum as I have thought about making something like that myself many times.
